The Importance of Meditation for Weight loss Pt 1

 

So how important is meditation for weight loss? Very! It also helps in all the six major areas of life, including health & fitness, relationships, personal growth & development, spirituality, wealth & your business or career.

We will be focusing on the Chakras Meditation for weight loss in this series of posts.

What are Chakras?

Chakra is an Indian word which stands for Wheel or Vortex. They are not physical, but a ball of energy that interacts with our physical body via the nervous and endocrine systems.

If there is tension in the body, the tension is detected by our nervous system & by the particular chakra associated with that part of the body & is communicated back to the body. If the tension is strong enough & continues over a period of time, it will create a symptom or condition on the physical level.

In NLP, we say – Symptoms are communications about needed actions.

In our next Meditation for Weight loss post, we’ll discuss the different type of chakras and why is it beneficial to focus on them via meditation.
