Omelet or Scrambled Eggs

  • 2-4 eggs
  • your favourite veggies
  • cook together & enjoy!

 

Meat and Nuts

  • 120 – 225g meat (breakfast sausage is great)
  • small handful of your favourite nuts
  • enjoy!
