Do you know the importance of your company for weight loss?

Here is a quick exercise to shed some light on the most impactful negative and positive influences in your life.

  1. List the 5 people that you spend the most time with,
  2. For each person, write a list of pros & cons from your perspective
    • Would you say these people are healthy, unhealthy, ideal weight, not ideal weight
    • Are they involved in fitness & physical activity
    • What type of influence do these people have on you?
    • Do they talk positively about their life, experiences and dreams?
    • Are they optimistic, fun & inspiring?
    • Do they care for you?
  3. Consider what action steps may be necessary. If the person is a negative influence, perhaps you need to remove them from your life to achieve your goal of ideal weight. If the person is a positive, inspiring influence, you may want to strengthen the relationship with them.

Remember that success is a choice. It all starts with who you spend most of your time with. If everything is OK, then OK. If not, this is YOUR life. Change it!

Remember, its difficult to soar like an eagle while surrounded by turkeys!
