A couple of weeks ago, we talked about the benefits of aerobic exercise for weight loss. In our ideal weight program, we ask our clients to do 3-4 min of aerobic exercise 3 times per day – typically before each meal.
Here’s one of aerobic exercise videos we have as part of the program which is of intermediate level. It goes for approximately 2 minutes but is at a level that almost everyone can do and enjoy. So to meet our program requirements of 3-4 mins, you could simply do the exercise video twice.
So why not give it a try today, have some fun & feel the benefits of aerobic exercise for weight loss!
Remember to start slowly and only attempt exercises that are well within your capability. If any particular movement is a bit too difficult for you, simply substitute an easier variation.
If ever unsure, always check with your GP first!
