Before we look at more delicious gourmet recipes that will assist with weight loss, this week we’re going to have a look at a current Ideal weight client that has achieved great results with our program. It’s been found that a case study for weight loss helps encourage so many other clients on their journey towards their ideal weight.

Annette has just completed her 3 month strategic catch up and has lost just over 13 kg of weight over this timeframe.

Studying someone;s results can be very helpful for others that are wanting to achieve the same results – given that success leaves clues!

You’ll see above Annette’s before & after photos. At our 30 day catchup (31/12/18), we set a mini-goal of Annette fitting into size 16 clothes by Easter 2019. Just prior to our 3 month catchup (25/2/19) Annette told me that she can now wear a size 16 top – as shown in her before-after 3 month photo above. What a grt result!!

When asked about the benefits she’s achieved from the program so far, Annette listed the following:
