In this post, we’re going to continue with delicious gourmet recipes that will assist with weight loss.

All of these recipes are very easy and quick to make. Here is our 3rd mouth watering recipe.

LETTUCE WRAPS

Here are the ingredients:

  • 3 ripe avocados
  • 4-6 soaked dates
  • 5 tomatoes, diced
  • 4 cloves of fresh garlic, minced
  • 1 jelapeno pepper, diced
  • 1/2 cup of fresh cilantro, chopped
  • Kernels from 2 ears of raw, organic corn
  • 3 tablespoons of fresh lime juice
  • 10-12 large, crunchy romaine lettuce leaves
  • 2 spring onions

In a medium size bowl, mash the avocados. Add remaining ingredients & stir until well mixed. Spread 4-6 tablespoons of this mixture on the lettuce leaves & wrap. ENJOY!!
