Scientists & doctors have determined that inadequate exercise is an important risk factor for many lifestyle health problems.

Anyone who walks briskly, power walks, jogs and runs regularly, enjoys a huge number of health benefits. These more than rewarding benefits include permanent weight loss, improved bone health, improved cardiovascular health, improved mood & better coordination.

When we’re running, our body uses 70% of our fat-burning muscles. We are all born with walking & running muscles. Running is very beneficial for slowing down the ageing process.

Running and/or walking briskly can actually cause an alteration in our mood, because hormones called endorphins are released. Release of these hormones leads to a sense of euphoria that’s often referred to as runner’s high & that can result in an improvement in the mood.
