In this post, we’re going to discuss why emotions for weight loss are paramount to your success!

One of the steps in our 7 step program relates to declaring our ideal weight goals. By going over your goals aloud each day, you are reinforcing within yourself exactly what it is you intend to achieve.

By visualising & announcing your goals every day, you will help them materialise!

Your goals become entrenched in your UNCONSCIOUS mind so that you naturally move towards the accomplishment of these goals. This will in turn activate your reticular activating system (RAS), which will make you more aware of resources around that will help you achieve your goal. They were always there, but were previously filtered out by your RAS because they were not important to you.

Now we also need to SAY IT LIKE WE MEAN IT

What you emotionalise within yourself & within your mind, you magnify! When you read these daily declaration, be sure to say them like you really mean them – with lots of power, emotion & energy.

The more you emotionalise these goals, the more you magnify them & via the Law of Attraction, the more you attract people, events & resources into your life that will assist you in accelerating your progress towards your goal!

So via both the RAS & the Law of Attraction, make sure that you strongly emotionalise your declarations & say them aloud with lots of power, energy & emotion! This is why emotions for weight loss are so important
