In this post, we’re going to explore why happiness for weight loss is vital!

In our Supplements steps in our 7 step program, we talk about both physical & mindset supplements, and their importance to achieving our ideal weight. The 2 mindset supplements I want to discuss today are ATTITUDE & FUN!

We recommend to our clients to always stay above the line. This means always maintain a positive & happy attitude. Why is this so important?

Life is full of surprises, challenges and dramas! If we’re forever in a negative, down state, it will be v difficult to work through these surprises, challenges and dramas quickly & easily.

If we’re in a positive, happy above the line state, yes – we will still experience these events, but we’ll be able to deal with them much more quickly, easily & effectively – esp when it comes to our journey towards our ideal weight!

Why is having FUN so important? We recommend to our clients to choose activities, esp physical ones, that they truly enjoy and love doing – which in turn increase their happiness! This is so important since the more we love doing a particular physical activity, the more & more we’ll naturally want to do more & more of it – helping accelerate our progress back toward our ideal weight.

This is but one example of how our ideal weight program is v flexible & adapts to our clients’ individual characteristics.

So by being happier, not only do we enjoy our lives more, but the healthier we become & the faster our progress will be towards our ideal weight!
