So what is the significance of food cravings for weight loss?

What happens when you eat these refined carbs. They turn into sugar & then your body stores them as fat. This is what develops cravings. Your body craves what you already have in it – which becomes a vicious cycle.

You eat more refined carbs, which creates more sugar, which is promptly turned into fat etc etc

So how do we fix this? The opposite is also true! when you remove sugar from your diet, your insulin levels begin to drop & your energy levels go up & stay up longer. Your biochemistry has changed in a positive way. Little changes add up quickly because your biochemistry changes on a daily basis.
