In this post, we are are going to explore the significance of your perfect day for weight loss.

This perfect day concept is one of the most important techniques you will learn for personal & professional success! The great news is that it only takes 10-15 min to do, but you’ll reap the benefits for the rest of your life.

Although most people would love to have a fantastic day, they have no plan or idea as to what this would like.

So your task is to sit down for 10-15 min and design your perfect day. what would this look like for you? When it come to reaching your ideal weight, you would of course incorporate as many activities during your perfect day that will help you achieve this.

Here’s an example of one for Mon – Fri, when working.

Wake up 6am and do some breathing meditation to boost your metabolism, energy & vitality before jumping out of bed!

Following your morning cleaning routine, you’ll do some affirmations, yoga, drink some fresh filtered water followed by some meditation.

After a healthy breakfast, would walk to work, starting around 8:30am. You then spend the morning doing creative work & key projects towards the achievement of your company vision, uninterrupted until noon, while drinking plenty of filtered water.

After 30 min of emails, you grab some healthy lunch with a great friend.

Afternoons are spent in meetings & calls with clients and staff. After a short session of emails, you leave work by 5:50pm.

After some walking, exercise and/or meditation, you have a healthy dinner at 6:45 pm with friends and family, ending with more affirmations, a relaxing bath & then reading an award winning book until bedtime at 10 pm.

You would have a different routine for the weekends.

The reality is that on many days, you will come no where near achieving this perfect day! But if you take this as a given, and make it a goal to strive to come as close as you can each day to your perfect day, you will be delightfully surprised as to how, day-by-day, you get closer & closer to achieving it!

Always remember, that you don’t get what you want it life. Most of the time, you get what you carefully plan for & take consistent massive action towards!

So for this week, spend some 10-15 min designing your perfect day for your work days as well as your weekends. Then start to have heaps of fun working towards achieving them each & every day! Make maximum use of your perfect day for weight loss.
