Doing 30 minutes of aerobic exercise each day will make you into an iron man or woman & will do wonders for your health, well-being & weight.
Aerobic exercise means exercising with oxygen & means doing moderate exercise sustained over a specific period. Its been said that if you condition and train your metabolism to operate aerobically & you eat & exercise properly, the primary fuel you burn is fat, even at night!
If you exercise at 70% of your heart rate, you can exercise forever & you won’t feel exhausted & physically stressed, stiff or beaten up. In fact, this is the best best addiction you can develop on the planet!!
Good examples of aerobic exercise at a lower heart rate are walking running, swimming, dancing, cycling, long-distance skiing & rowing.
