You may ask – what are the benefits of aloe vera for weight loss?
In the first post in this series, we’ll discuss some of the many, many benefits derived from aloe vera.
The aloe vera plant has been used for thousands of years to heal a variety of conditions, most notably burns, wounds, skin irritations & constipation. It contains 19 of the 20 amino acids that the human body requires for good health.
In addition, it contains 75 nutrients including amino acids, anthraquinones, enzymes, hormones, lignin, salicylic acid, saponins, sterols, vitamins, minerals & sugars.
The gel of raw aloe vera contains vitamins A, B1, B2, B3, B5, B6, B12, C & E as well as choline, niacin & folic acid. And if this wasn’t enough, it also contains several minerals, the ten most important being calcium, chromium, copper, iron, magnesium, manganese, potassium, phosphorus, sodium & zinc.
