In this post, we’re going to continue discussing why aerobic activity for weight loss, health & well being is so beneficial.

Why do we find almost totally clogged arteries in young people? The main reason is fat. When too much fat is circulating in your arteries, it sticks to the walls. When calcium carbonate is added to the deadly equation, the arteries get smaller & smaller & eventually clog up altogether! This clogging up leads to the well-known killers, such as heart disease, heart attacks & atherosclerosis.

The reason for low energy, constant headaches, clogged arteries, lack of happiness & constant sleepiness is all that fat. Every single cell of your body has too much fat in it!

In addition, all environmental toxins & poisons, such as petrochemicals, lindane & pcbs (polychlorinated biphenyls) dissolve in fat, which means they accumulate & are stored in your fat cells.

No harm will occur in one day, week or month. But over many years – 10, 20 or even 30 years, the story is very different. That’s why much more dioxin is found in breast-cancer cells compared with non-cancerous cells. Environmental toxins & poisons are stored in fat. Due to these poisons, you feel tired & eventually sick.

Now the good news – Fat can & should be burned! Fat is burned in your muscles, which brings us back to aerobic activity – one of the best fat-burning activities you can do!

Fat burns in your muscles, but only if your muscles have a surplus of oxygen! Aerobic activity in ‘oxygen surplus’ means easy relaxed activity, with a smile & being able to hold a conversation.
