So how important is meditation for weight loss? As we saw it Part 1 & 2 – Very!

In this Meditation for Weight loss post, we’re going to discuss the importance of focusing on your chakras via meditation.

The goal of focusing on your chakras via meditation it to open each of your chakras, allowing your energy to flow freely. Once your chakras vibrate freely, then you have access to a wider range of emotions, thoughts, behaviours & energies, especially when things happen in your life. If your chakras are blocked, you are restricting this access & your full potential.

Blockages, thereby prevent you from experiencing and understanding the complete picture of what happens around you. When a blockage occurs, say due to negative emotions, meditating on your chaklras will help remove the blockages. This will will promote: (a) being more at peace with yourself, (b) having things flow easier in your life, and (c) staying nice and fresh.

In our Reach Your Ideal Weight program, we recommend that our clients perform two types of meditation for weight loss. They do a short breathing meditation in the morning and a brief Chakra meditation in the afternoon..

The primary purpose of the afternoon Chakra meditation is clear any blockages that might exist in the seven Chakras and thereby promote more peace & harmony in your life. This in turn, will improve your health & well being. As this improves, your weight will naturally move back to its ideal value.
