In our previous 4 articles, we introduced the importance of (a) the new year for weight loss, (b) balance and focus in our 6 major areas of life, as well as (c) assessing our current performance in these areas.

Our next step would be to reflect on what has happened in the last 5 years that has brought about these scores in each area of our lives, especially the low ones. Was it certain events that occurred? Was it poor choices we made or simply bad habits that we inadvertently picked up along the way?
