So in this post, we’ve got 2 examples of high protein breakfasts you can use for weight loss:
Protein Mocha
- 30g chocolate whey protein
- 500ml coffee
- 1 tablespoon butter
- blend all together & enjoy!
Eggs and Bacon
- 2-4 eggs
- 225g bacon
- cook & enjoy!
