Protein Mocha

  • 30g chocolate whey protein
  • 500ml coffee
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • blend all together & enjoy!

 

Eggs and Bacon

  • 2-4 eggs
  • 225g bacon
  • cook & enjoy!
