In this first post on the importance of Vegetables for Weight loss, we’re going to discuss the major benefits of eating vegetables for your health & vitality.

Did you know that it is recommended that you eat 10 servings of vegetables per day for good health? One serving represents one cup full.

In fact, did you know that for optimal health, 16-20 servings are recommended!

The benefits of doing so are not only that it will help with weight loss, but that your body will look better & work better. In addition, your energy levels will skyrocket to unheard-of levels. For this reason, you must form the habit of having at least 10 servings of vegetables every day.

Your first question might then be, how am I going to achieve eating so much vegetables each day?
