This is quick and easy method to use to add lots & lots of veggies into your daily routine in minimal time!
Simply add 5-10 servings of vegetables into a juicer or blender & drink them down once a day.
Here’s a basic recipe that is both delicious & packed with nutrients:
- 1 full stalk of celery
- 1/2 an apple
- 1/2 a cucumber
- 1-5 kale leaves
- add lemon for more flavour
