You may be wondering what is the significance of worry for weight loss? We’ll find out in this post!

Many people worry themselves sick over concerns they have about themselves, their family, work, work colleagues etc etc. Worry directly contributes to stress, which in turn, contributes to obesity.

In our first post re worry, lets examine some amazing stats regarding the things that we worry about.

Of all the things we worry about, 90% never ever occur! So we end up spending all our time worrying about things that predominantly never occur!

Now about 2-3% will happen anyway. This is just called bad luck – we’re going to get these things whether we like it or not. There is nothing that we can about them. So the best thing we can do is simply cop them on the chin & move on with our lives!

The only thing we can work on & influence is the other 7%

So when it comes to worry, our strategy should be to identify as quickly as possible – out of all the things we could possibly worry about, what is the 7% of these that we can actually do something about?

Once we’ve identified these, our focus should steadfastly remain on resolving these issues.
